According to the Palestine Poster Project, this poster was designed by Alberto Blanco and published by the Organization of Solidarity with the Peoples of Africa, Asia and Latin America (OSPAAAL) in 1975.

I left out the text on the bottom because I like the simple aesthetic more, and also because I don’t know Arabic. Here’s a comparison of the vectorized version of it I made (which you can download here) and the original image (which you can download here):
